EUREKA GOVERNMENT CENTER
Public Sector, Ground-Up Construction
Tristar Electric was awarded the electrical contract for the new $11.5 million government center in Eureka, Missouri. The project started on Jan. 11, 2024, with demolition of the city’s 44-year-old Eureka City Hall. A modern, 30,000-square-foot government center will be constructed on the same site and is scheduled to be completed in December 2024. The new facility will house Eureka’s police department, municipal court and city offices.
TriStar Electric is handling the complete electrical installation. This is the largest contract in the company’s history. The project includes lighting controls; a large quantity of distinct lighting installations from parking lot lights to can lights; generator installation; and gate controls. TriStar’s expert electricians will also install electrical for AV systems, card access and intrusion systems, cameras and security systems, low voltage voice and data, and fire alarm.
